Raghava Estates came into being in 1988. It`s maiden project Sitapuram Colony at Poranki near Vijayawada was a tremendous success. It was the first of it`s kind in Andhra Pradesh. A satellite township across 18.77 acres of land with 180 luxurious independent houses.
