Trump declares all Biden autopen-signed documents void

This has come just days after he had made a similar post on Truth Social.

US President Trump on Tuesday announced that every “document, proclamation, executive order, memorandum, or contract” signed under Joe Biden, if executed using an “autopen” rather than by hand, is now considered null and void.

Taking to Truth Social, Trump wrote that these documents “are hereby null, void, and of no further force or effect". He addressed recipients of any pardons or commutations executed under the autopen system, warning them that such legal documents have “been fully and completely terminated” and “are of no Legal effect.”

This has come just days after he had made a similar post on Truth Social. "Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect. The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States," Trump wrote on Truth Social on Friday.

He had further said, "The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the presidency away from him. I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally. Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury."

The autopen is a device used to replicate a person's signature with precision, typically for high-volume or ceremonial documents. It has been employed by presidents of both major parties to sign letters and proclamations.
