
Motorola has launched the Signature smartphone in India, introducing a new flagship lineup focused on premium hardware, Pantone-curated design elements, and extended service offerings. The device was unveiled at an event in Mumbai on January 23 and is positioned at the top end of Motorola’s smartphone portfolio. It brings a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, a triple 50-megapixel rear camera setup, and a high-refresh-rate AMOLED display, alongside Motorola’s latest software and after-sales programmes.
Motorola Signature: Price in India and offers
Motorola Signature price in India starts at Rs 59,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 16GB RAM with 512GB storage model is priced at Rs 64,999, while the top variant with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage costs Rs 69,999.
Motorola is offering an instant discount of Rs 5,000 on purchases made using HDFC Bank and Axis Bank cards. Buyers can alternatively opt for an exchange bonus of up to Rs 5,000. The smartphone will go on sale starting January 30 via Flipkart.

Motorola Signature: Design and display
The Motorola Signature is available in Pantone Carbon and Pantone Martini Olive colour options, with textured back finishes inspired by linen and twill. The phone features an aluminium frame and is rated IP68 and IP69 for dust and water resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H certification. It sports a 6.8-inch LTPO Extreme AMOLED display with a Super HD resolution of 1,264×2,780 pixels. The panel supports up to a 165Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and peak brightness levels of up to 6,200 nits.
Motorola Signature: Performance and software
Powering the handset is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, built on a 3nm process. The chipset is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. The Motorola Signature runs Android 16 with Motorola’s Hello UI layered on top. The company is also bundling access to Signature Club, a live-agent lifestyle assistance service, along with Moto Elite Care for priority support.
Motorola Signature: Camera and battery
The Motorola Signature features a triple rear camera system led by a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor with optical image stabilisation. It is accompanied by a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom and up to 100x hybrid zoom. On the front, the phone houses a 50MP selfie camera capable of 8K video recording. The device packs a 5,200mAh silicon-carbon battery with support for 90W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and reverse charging.
