The judge also informed Prasad about the contempt notices to RJD leader Raghuvansh Prasad Singh, Prasad's son and former Bihar deputy chief minister Tejaswi Yadav, Congress leader Manish Tiwari and RJD leader Shivanand Tiwari.

The Court had on December 23 convicted Lalu Yadav and 15 others in this fodder scam case and acquitted six others including another former Bihar chief minister Jagannath Mishra.

Lalu Prasad Yadav, Jagannath Mishra and 20 others are accused in the scam pertaining to fraudulent withdrawal of more than Rs 89 lakh from Deoghar Treasury between 1991 and 1994.

The case pertains to the alleged fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 84.5 crore from the Deoghar district treasury between 1994 and 1996 when Lalu was the Bihar chief minister.
