WhatsApp has been expanding the stickers section on its platform by adding new sticker packs, the ability to create custom stickers and even AI stickers. Now, the Meta-owned platform has announced its partnership with GIPHY to bring more stickers to the platform.

Ever since Meta introduced the Stickers feature on WhatsApp, it has been adding new sticker packs to give users more options. The company also added the option to create new stickers and generation stickers using Meta AI.

With GIPHY partnership, WhatsApp is aiming to bring more stickers to the platform.

“This integration lets you find and share relevant and engaging stickers, without having to leave the app”, reads the blog post.

For users, this is a new way of getting more stickers without leaving the app or looking for third-party sticker packs via Play Store or other storefronts.

WhatsApp made the process simple for accessing the GIPHY stickers on WhatsApp. Here are steps you need to follow to access GIPHY stickers on WhatsApp.

• Make sure to update WhatsApp to its latest version using Play Store or App Store.
• Now, open the app and head to any chat or group chat.
• Now, tap in the “emoji” icon from the text box
• Then, tap on the “Stickers” option
• Tap on “search” icon at the top left corner
• Search for the sticker you want

The search result will include all the stickers that’s available on the platform, including GIPHY stickers.
