Samsung has made several new announcements at the ongoing CES 2025 event. The latest announcement comes in the form of new TVs as the company unveiled its new range of TVs – all equipped with the company’s AI-powered features such as Vision AI, Live translation and more.
At the event, the company showcased next-generation Neo QLED, QLED, and MICRO LED models, alongside the launch of The Frame Pro. The updates include new personalisation features, enhanced integration with SmartThings, and expanded access to the Samsung Art Store.
AI-powered Neo QLED and QLED innovations
Samsung introduced its flagship Neo QLED 8K QN990F and Neo QLED 4K models with advanced AI features. The NQ8 AI Gen3 Processor powers 8K AI Upscaling Pro, Auto HDR Remastering Pro, and Adaptive Sound Pro, optimising visuals and audio in real-time. The new lineup also includes ultra-large 100-inch and 115-inch screen options, offering a wider variety of choices for consumers.
The Micro LED lineup expands with additional screen options, providing better integration into various home environments. Samsung also highlighted The Premiere 5 projector with an interactive triple-laser ultra-short-throw feature and the Micro LED Beauty Mirror, designed for personalised beauty recommendations.
Samsung Vision AI and new features
Samsung Vision AI introduces features like Click to Search for on-screen content identification, Live Translate for real-time subtitle translations in up to seven languages, and Generative Wallpaper for customised screen displays. The Vision AI platform is integrated across Neo QLED, OLED, QLED, and The Frame, transforming televisions into central hubs for smarter living.
The Frame Pro
The Frame Pro, part of Samsung’s art-focused TV lineup, features Neo QLED picture technology and Wireless One Connect for flexible installation. The Samsung Art Store now includes over 3,000 curated works from global partners and is compatible with additional models, such as Neo QLED and MICRO LED.
Additionally, Samsung has announced collaborations with Microsoft, integrating Copilot AI services in select 2025 Smart TVs and monitors. Future partnerships aim to expand Vision AI’s capabilities and applications
