OnePlus is set to launch a new tablet in India on July 23, and all signs point to the arrival of the OnePlus Pad Lite. The company posted a teaser on X (formerly Twitter), hinting at a new product unveiling scheduled for 12pm IST that day. The silhouette image clearly suggests a tablet, but the exact model hasn’t been named yet.
The teaser comes shortly after the OnePlus Pad 3 was announced in India in June alongside the OnePlus 13s. That model is confirmed to go on sale in September in 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB variants, although its pricing remains under wraps. Given the full feature set of the Pad 3 is already public, it seems unlikely that the company is teasing just a price reveal.
Instead, the upcoming announcement is likely for the OnePlus Pad Lite, which was unveiled in the UK and parts of Europe on July 8. In the UK, it’s available for pre-order at GBP 169 (around Rs. 19,700) for the 6GB + 128GB Wi-Fi version, and GBP 199 (around Rs. 23,200) for the 8GB + 128GB Wi-Fi + cellular variant.
The global version of the OnePlus Pad Lite features an 11-inch HD+ (1920x1200 pixels) 10-bit LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and up to 500 nits of brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 chip, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The tablet runs on OxygenOS 15.0.1 based on Android 15.
For cameras, it includes 5MP sensors on both the front and rear. It also offers a quad-speaker setup with Hi-Res Audio certification. The tablet packs a 9,340mAh battery with support for 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, LTE, and USB Type-C.
If the leaks hold true, the OnePlus Pad Lite could become one of the most affordable tablets in the brand’s India lineup.
