Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) announced that Nandini milk prices will be increased by Rs 2 per litre with effect from Wednesday, June 26.
According to KMF, an additional 50ml milk in both 500ml and 1000ml packets will be provided at the revised prices.
This is the second time in less than a year that milk prices have been hiked in the state. KMF had increased Nandini milk prices by Rs 3 per litre in July 2023.
Following the hike, the double toned milk will be the cheapest among Nandini variants, priced at Rs 44 per 1050 ml.
"The price of each packet is being increased by Rs 2 with an additional 50 ml of milk being given to the consumers only for each half liter (500M) and one liter (1000ML) packets," KMF said in a release.
