Infinix has shared the first official details of its upcoming Note Edge smartphone, outlining a spec sheet that leans heavily on display quality, battery life, and software-driven customisation.
The Note Edge will feature a 6.78-inch 3D-curved 1.5K AMOLED display with a peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits. Infinix says the panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and is housed in what it claims is the slimmest design in its segment, measuring just 7.2mm in thickness.
Audio is another area of focus. The phone will ship with JBL-tuned dual stereo speakers and Hi-Res Audio support, aiming to deliver a more immersive media and gaming experience than typical mid-range devices.
On the hardware side, the Note Edge packs a 6,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging. Infinix is also touting a six-year endurance rating, suggesting long-term battery health has been a key design consideration.
A standout feature is the customisable One-Tap AI Button, which can be mapped to more than 30 apps and functions. The phone also introduces Active Halo Lighting, a lighting system that reacts to notifications, calls, and charging status.
The device will debut with XOS 16, Infinix’s latest software layer, which places a heavy emphasis on AI-driven features and personalisation. These include AIGC wallpapers, lock screen customisation options, homescreen depth-effect wallpapers, and a redesigned control centre. AI tools such as one-tap flash memos, document and YouTube summaries, AI writing, and note assistance are also part of the package.
For entertainment and gaming, the Note Edge adds features like Dynamic Bar, Live Photos, and XBoost performance optimisation.
Infinix confirmed the phone will launch in multiple memory configurations and three colour options: Lunar Titanium, Stellar Blue, and Silk Green. Market-specific pricing, availability, and launch offers will be announced on 18 February.
