When LSG and Royals clashed in Jaipur on March 24, it marked the beginning of their IPL 2024 campaign. Sanju Samson's unbeaten 82 powered Royals to a formidable total of 193. LSG, fueled by half-centuries from KL Rahul and Nicholas Pooran, stayed in the hunt, needing 65 runs from 36 balls with both batsmen at the crease. However, a superb display in the end overs, led by Sandeep Sharma, secured a 20-run victory for Royals.
