India provided medical aid and supplies, NDRF teams as part of its humanitarian assistance to Turkey and Syria under "Operation Dost", EAM Dr S Jaishankar said on Wednesday. More than 11,000 people have died after a 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck Turkey and Syria on Monday. India was once of the first countries to send relief material to the affected nations.
