Mohd Saleem, father of 25-year-old Indian student Mohammed Abdul Arfath, who went missing and was later found dead in Cleveland, urged the Central and state government for help to bring his child’s body back to India on Tuesday. He further narrated the series of events and said that he had been unaware of his child’s whereabouts since last month.
