As per reports, Indian state agencies including Food Corporation of India have procured around 10 lakh tons pulses to build up buffer stock of 2.0 MMT this year. Given the bumper incoming Rabi crop government would able to procure 75% of its requirement from domestic market as Moong and Tur are ruling lower than Minimum Support Prices and availability is increasing.By: Skymetweather.com
