As per reports, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Haryana produced 7.42 lakh tons of Sugar altogether compared to 6.55 lakh tons of production last year till 15th January. Gujarat produced 4.70 lakh tons in 2016/17 (1st October, 2016 to 15th January 2017) as against 5.70 lakh tons produced in 2015-16 at the same period.By: Skymetweather.com
