In an ongoing Rabi season, Gram sowing is up 11.8% at 76.69 lakh hectares as compared to 68.57 lakh hectares sown at the same time last year. Normal in season area of Gram is 88.37 lakh hectares in the country. Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh are the largest producer of Rabi Gram.By: Skymetweather.com
