100% Foreign Investment In AIFs, REITs, INVITs!

The FDI policy bonanza continues! This week the government permitted 100% foreign investment under the automatic route in alternate investment funds, REITs & INVITs. It has also relaxed certain guidelines on downstream investments by Indian funds raising foreign investment.
