The big Bollywood release on Diwali-"Tiger 3"- has opened to positive reviews from critics, who praised lead actor Salman Khan's performance and the action sequences in the movie.
But the release of the film has been marred by unfortunate scenes that were witnessed in different parts of India where fans bursted firecrackers during the screening and caused others to rush from the location.
On Monday, Khan reacted to firecracker bursting inside the theatre and requested movie goers to watch the film by not putting themselves and others at risk and referred to firecracker bursting inside movie halls as "dangerous".
"I'm hearing about fireworks inside theaters during Tiger3. This is dangerous. Let's enjoy the film without putting ourselves and others at risk. Stay safe," the 57-year-old actor wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday.

"Tiger 3" is the third installment in the franchise after "Ek Tha Tiger" released in 2012 and "Tiger Zinda Hai released in 2017. Both movies were blockbuster hits at the box office, with the former laying the foundation for Yash Raj Films "Spy Universe", which also includes "War" (2019) and "Pathaan" (2023).
Reports emerged earlier that "Tiger 3" had been banned in Middle East countries such as Kuwait and Qatar for varying reasons.
