Diljit Dosanjh continues to elevate Punjabi music on global platforms  and is now set to appear on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."

The actor-singer shared his excitement on Instagram, posting pictures with the caption, “PANJABI AAGYE OYEE. This Week’s Guest.” The guest list for the week also includes renowned actors Eddie Murphy, Kevin Costner, and Matty Matheson from "The Bear."

Dosanjh has a history of making significant strides in Punjabi music. In April, he became the first Punjabi artist to perform at Vancouver's BC Place Stadium as part of his "Dil-Luminati" tour. Sharing his achievement on Instagram, he posted, “HISTORY HAS BEEN WRITTEN,” highlighting the sold-out concert with pride.

Last year, Diljit made waves at Coachella, being the first Punjabi artist to perform at the iconic festival. His performance, marked by his enthusiastic declaration, “Punjabi aa gaye Coachella oye,” quickly went viral, further solidifying his place in music history.

Dosanjh recently starred in Imtiaz Ali's musical biopic "Amar Singh Chamkila," alongside Parineeti Chopra. He also featured in "Crew," which included stars like Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon.

The actor-singer  will next be seen in "Jatt and Juliet 3," with the trailer released on June 11. The film, co-starring Neeru Bajwa, is scheduled to hit theaters on June 27.
