Bryan Johnson has been investing over $2 million annually in reversing the aging process.

Bryan Johnson is not your typical millionaire with lavish parties and extravagant lifestyles. Instead, he's invested heavily in a different pursuit: the relentless pursuit of age reversal. With a daily routine that reads like something out of science fiction, Johnson allowed TIME Magazine a rare peek into his extraordinary life, sharing insights that challenge the conventional norms of aging.

46-year-old Johnson's day begins long before the sun rises at 4:53 am. His bedroom, devoid of any distractions. No clutter, no work, no reading—just sleep. Two peculiar objects stand out in this minimalist chamber: a laser face-shield for collagen growth and a device measuring nighttime erections, a key marker of sexual and cardiovascular health.

Upon waking, Johnson undergoes a battery of health checks, including weighing himself on a sophisticated scale that measures everything from body mass index to hydration levels. He then uses a light-therapy lamp to reset his circadian rhythm and monitors his inner-ear temperature for body changes.

Johnson's kitchen counter serves as a stage for his daily supplement regimen, an array of pills (111 a day) and drops aimed at optimizing his health. From pre-cataract eye drops to peculiar nose stimulation, he spares no expense in his pursuit of vitality.

Johnson's fitness regimen is as disciplined as the rest of his routine. A dedicated home gym adorned with a serene forest wallpaper witnesses his daily workouts. He can leg-press a staggering 800 lbs., and his routine remains combines weights, planks, and stretches. He does these seven days a week, with high-intensity workouts three days a week, all while measuring his VO2 max, which rivals that of an 18-year-old.

Johnson has forgone traditional meal labels and instead opted for numerical designations. The first meal of the day consists of blended vegetables and lentils - blended to a mush. He doesn’t call his meals breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just Meal 1, Meal 2 and so on.

Hailing from a small Mormon community in Utah, he underwent a personal transformation that saw him overcome depression and reevaluate his priorities.

After achieving financial success, he delved into the world of technology and invested heavily in companies using AI and machine learning to revolutionize healthcare. His own venture, Kernel, focuses on neurotechnology and brain activity measurement, with the goal of detecting cognitive impairment and possibly even measuring the age of one's brain.

He's currently single, and he candidly admits that his daily routine makes dating a daunting task. From early dinners to an absence of small talk, his priorities lie firmly in his pursuit of age reversal. His 18-year-old son has also donated blood plasma to his father but Johnson stopped the procedure as he claimed it didn’t work.

He spends $2 million a year on his age reversal procedures. He is worth $400 million.
