Samsung is all set to launch its first ‘F Series’ smartphone for 2024. Samsung bills the F Series as ‘Full On’ devices — hence, the F prefix, that tick all the right boxes for Gen Z consumers. Samsung has teased this device on Flipkart with a ‘coming soon’ alert. While there is no official confirmation on the launch price, its speculated to land in the sub Rs 15,000 price segment.
Tipster Mukul Sharma took to X (formerly Twitter) to share images of the Samsung Galaxy F15 5G. According to him, the device will arrive in three colour ways — black, pink and green. His post has also suggested that the device will offer four generations of updates — a segment first. The Flipkart teaser features a green-colour device and what looks like a gradient finish. Spotted on Geekbench: the Samsung Galaxy F15 5G made its appearance on Geekbench and suggests the device could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6,100+ chipset that is paired with Mali G57-MP2 GPU.
Triple rear cam: the image reveal on Flipkart confirms that the F15 will feature a triple rear camera. Rumours suggest a 50MP primary lens on the rear cam and 13MP selfie shooter.
Vibrant display: the device is expected to feature a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate that peaks at 800 nits.
Monster battery? While some rumours point to a 5,000 mAh battery with a 25W charger, tipster Mukul Sharma has suggested in the same post that the device is likely to feature a 6,000 mAh battery under the hood.
