Apart from the Rs 4,500 crore investment for tractor manufacturing unit, Escorts Kubota's proposed investment will provide employment to 4,000 people in phased manner.
According to Authority officials, these plots are located in Sectors 17, 18 and 20 near the upcoming Noida International Airport in the Jewar region along Yamuna Expressway. The scheme is meant for factory workers working in Yamuna Expressway region and also for those with an annual income of Rs 3 lakh.

The allotment rate is likely to be around Rs 25,900 per square metre, at which the smallest 120 sq m plot will cost around Rs 31.08 lakh while the 162 sq m plot Rs 41.95 lakh.
These plots can be used for the construction of hospitals, nursing homes, nursery schools and child welfare and maternity centre. The Authority aims to raise close to Rs 100 crore from the plots
The group housing scheme was floated on August 1 and will close on August 30, 2024. The e-auction will be condusted on September 30. The plots are located along Yamuna Expressway near Noida International Airport. The Yamuna Exprfessway authority is aiming to get at least around Rs 1,407 crore from allotment of these plots.
Allotments will be made after interviewing applicant companies and evaluating them on various parameters

To be introduced from August 1 for a month, the authority hopes the scheme will help it recover over Rs 4,450 crore in dues from 14 builders, and pave the way for at least 10,000 registrations.

The link between the upcoming Noida International Airport and Greater Noida is the part of the metro corridor that will connect Jewar with the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi via the Airport Express Line.
The Noida Film City project is expected to come up in Sector 21, off the Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida. Nearly 1,000 acres of land have been identified for the ambitious project. It is located about six kilometres from the upcoming international airport in Jewar and 12 kilometres from the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
