Wrestler’s Protest: What Happened in Delhi During Parliament’s Inauguration? | Wrestlers Booked & Detained For Rioting

A scuffle broke out between the protesting wrestlers and the Delhi Police, barely 3 km from the new Parliament building that was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on May 28. Wrestlers Vinesh Phogat, Sakshee Mallikh and Bajrang Punia along with other protesters were booked for rioting and obstructing public servants in the discharge of duty as they decided to march toward the new Parliament building.
