The Mahindra Group, which he heads, operates in around 22 industries ranging from automotive, aerospace, agribusiness, defence and energy to retail, real estate, logistics and hospitality. The Anand Mahindra-led conglomerate is best known for its automobile manufacturing, particularly the sports utility vehicles including Bolero and Scorpio, along with its range of tractors. Recognised around the world for his business leadership, Anand Mahindra was included in the 'World's 50 Greatest Leaders' list by Fortune Magazine.
