All these accused did not plead guilty to the charge framed against them and claimed trial after which the fixed the matter for August 17 for admission/denial of documents by them.
The case pertains to alleged irregularities in allocation of Rajhara North coal block in Jharkhand to Kolkata-based Vini Iron and Steel Udyog Ltd (VISUL).
The judge did not disclose who the lawyer was but warned of serious action if it is repeated. The judge also directed all the defence lawyers that only those who have filed vakalatnama will be allowed to appear before the court.
