The company added five new centres in key cities like Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, and Chennai in early FY23-24.

Co-working firm Innov8 plans to invest over Rs 100 crore (along with its partners) and add 8,000 seats spread over 3 lakh square feet across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Chennai by FY23-24, the company said on October 26.

The company added five new centres in key cities like Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram and Chennai in early FY23-24, and is looking to add 15 more, thus taking the total number of centres added in the year to 20.

"In FY22-23, Innov8’s growth in centres was 30 percent. Since our pivot to the '5 minutes to a metro station' strategy, we have nearly doubled the number of centres in the country," said Dr Ritesh Malik, founder, Innov8.

Founded in 2015, Innov8 is currently spread across nine cities — Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Indore — with over 20 centres hosting over 8,000 employees.
