Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on Tuesday reached Bangalore special court for the second round of questioning in a disproportionate assets case.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on Tuesday reached Bangalore special court for the second round of questioning in a disproportionate assets case. Jayalalithaa is accused of accumulated assets worth 66 crores during her tenure as Chief Minister between 1991-96.


The case was filed by Janta Party President Subramanian Swamy and later followed up by arch rivals DMK, who wanted the case to be moved out of Tamil Nadu.Special judge BM Mallikarjunaiah has nearly 14 hundred questions for her, of which she answered over 560 during a special hearing last month.


Meanwhile, Bangalore police has imposed prohibitory orders around the special court as a security measure.
