The Bansidhar & Ila Panda Foundation (BIPF) was established in 2011 as the corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of Indian Metal & Ferro Alloys (IMFA). Its mission is to foster self-led transformational change in grassroots communities and emphasize women's empowerment.
