Enforcement Directorate files a supplementary prosecution complaint (chargesheet) against BRS leader K Kavitha and others in the Excise Policy money laundering case in Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court.

This chargesheet has been filed against BRS Leader K Kavitha and others containing 224 pages (operative parts), ED sources tell news agency ANI.

This is the sixth supplementary chargesheet in the excise policy case being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate

The Enforcement Directorate arrived at the Rouse Avenue Court on May 10 to file a supplementary prosecution complaint (charge sheet) in the Excise Policy case.

-- In the NCLT, the book is sticky, but there will be recovery in FY25, says BoB MD and CEO Debadatta Chand.

-- We expect Rs 2,500 crore recovery from NCLT accounts out of total Rs 46,000 crore book in NCLT in FY25, he adds.

Speaking about personal loans growth, BoB MD and CEO says, “Earlier we had a book increase of 100 percent YoY, it has come down to around 51 percent. We are fairly placed, and we do not see any stress building on personal loan. And we intent to grow at around 51 percent or around 35-50 percent.”

“Q1 and Q2 growth in personal loans was around 20-25 percent. And in Q3 and Q4 we had growth of around 10-12 percent.”

-- Holistic and libertarian view is justified in view of Lok Sabha elections.

-- Arvind Kejriwal does not have any criminal antecedents and he is not a threat to society.

-- Serious accusations have been made against Arvind Kejriwal but he has not been convicted yet.

-- Interim bail is granted in facts of each case and Arvind Kejriwal's is not an exception.

BoB MD and CEO Debadatta Chand says during earnings call, “There was a 10 percent impact on flow of transactions from the BoB World restriction.”

The BoB MD and CEO adds, “Earmarked Rs 1,000 crore for IT in FY25; we would like to be ahead of the industry on IT spends.”

The Supreme Court has imposed the following bail conditions for Arvind Kejriwal in a short 8-page order.

(a) he shall furnish bail bonds in the sum of Rs 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent;

(b) he shall not visit the Office of the Chief Minister and the Delhi Secretariat;

(c) he shall be bound by the statement made on his behalf that he shall not sign official files unless it is required and necessary for obtaining clearance/ approval of the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi;

(d) he will not make any comment with regard to his role in the present case; and

(e) he will not interact with any of the witnesses and/or have access to any official files connected with the case.

On interim bail to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, CPI MP Binoy Viswam says, "It is a blow on the face of Narendra Modi and the BJP government. For months, they tried to tarnish the image of the Delhi CM. This court verdict is a verdict in the right direction. The democratic traditions of our country would certainly welcome it and this is going to give momentum to the INDIA alliance. This is a political setback for the authoritarian political style of the BJP... All these cases are bogus. They have nothing to do with the truth. All of them are politically motivated. This verdict says that the Supreme Court stands in the favour of truth, not in the favour of political autocracy."

The National Investigation Agency on Friday arrested three persons wanted in the murder of Praveen Nettaru, a BJP Yuva Morcha leader in Dakshina Kannada district, NIA sources said.

The arrested have been identified as Mohammad Mustafa, also known as Mustafa Paichar, Siraj and Ilyhas of Somwarpet in Kodagu district, the sources said.
