Dates for Delhi Police Examination-2023 Constable (Executive) Male and Female Recruitment has been announced by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The application procedure is on till September 30, 2023.
Candidates who meet the requirements can apply online at ssc.nic.in, SSC's official website. There are 7,547 open positions for male and female constables (executive), out of which 3,902 are for male candidates and 3,645 are for female candidates.
What is the eligibility criteria for the SSC Constables?Educational Qualification: You must have a Class 12 diploma or equivalent from a recognised board to qualify for this position.
Age Requirement: As of July 1, 2023, you must be between the ages of 18 and 25. According to the guidelines, there is a reduction in the upper age restriction for candidates who fall under the SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Serviceman and other categories.
Physical Standards: You must adhere to the Delhi Police's physical requirements with regard to your height, chest size, weight, vision, and other factors.
What is the selection process ?Computer-Based Examination (CBE): The CBE, which will take place in December 2023, will include four sections—General Knowledge/Current Affairs, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and Computer Fundamentals—each with 100 objective-type questions, each worth 100 marks. The CBE will take 90 minutes to complete. Only Hindi and English would be used for the CBE.
Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT): The Delhi Police will hold the PE&MT, which will feature races, long jumps, and high jumps for both male and female candidates. There will be no points given for the PE&MT because it is a qualifying exam.
