Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has asserted that the consecration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22 holds profound significance, not just as a testament to the country's faith and belief but also as a symbolic restoration of its self-respect.
“When Lord Ram gets seated in his grand temple after 500 years, not only Ayodhya Dham but the entire country will also get the blessing of Ram Rajya which started when the BJP came to power at the Centre under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi in 2014," the CM said, according to several media reports.

He went on to emphasise that our generation has been granted a distinctive opportunity, with both the nation and the world eagerly awaiting the consecration ceremony.
The state government has allocated about 200 electric buses for Ayodhya in the initial phase, with plans for expansion to 500. Additionally, the CM inaugurated the official website of Ayodhya Police and introduced a digital tourist app with an aim to enhance public transportation and digital accessibility for residents and visitors in Ayodhya.

The CM said: “This app is not only accessible in English but also in languages enshrined in the Constitution, including Hindi and Sanskrit. This inclusive approach is aimed at facilitating seamless assistance from the police."
Emphasising the current infrastructure and beautification projects in Ayodhya, Adityanath highlighted that witnessing the progress in initiatives such as Ram Path, Bhakti Path, Dharma Path, and Janmabhoomi Path would truly overwhelm everyone. The extensive efforts, covering the development of multi-level parking facilities to the construction of ghats, are expected to leave a lasting impression through their enchanting beautification programmes.
A series of buildings, including tourist accommodations, dharamshalas, hotels, and tent cities, are either being constructed or have already been built to enhance infrastructure facilities for the devotees, the CM mentioned.
Adityanath emphasised PM Modi's vision, stating that Ayodhya needs to achieve a global identity. In line with this vision, he inaugurated the Nishadraj Guhya Guest House at the Tent City during his visit to Ayodhya. This guest house, located near the new bus stand, is designed to accommodate 500 artists, providing them with essential facilities such as lodging, food, and other necessities.
