Mumbai, Nov 8 (PTI) Actors Akshay Kumar and John Abraham, who would be sharing screen after almost six years, say their forthcoming film 'Desi Boyz' bears no similarity to their previous outing 'Garam Masala'. "Many people ask me whether this is Garam Masala Part 2..but I tell them there is no similarity with it. The characters are different in this movie than Garam Masala. In fact, in this movie we also have a message which says wherever you stay never leave your parents and the roots," Akshay told reporters here. The two stars, who were last seen together in 2005 film, turned bartenders here last night as they made instant drinks for guests at the promotional event of 'Desi Boyz'. Filmmaker David Dhawan's son Rohit, who is making his directorial debut with the movie calls it a 'dramedy', claiming that it breaks the norm of Bollywood comedies. The cast includes Deepika Padukone and Chitrangada Singh and releases on November 25. PTI KKP DK DK
