Shahina Mukadam, Independent Market Expert told CNBC-TV18, "I would recommend a hold on Cholamandalam Investment. There is a 15 percent AUM growth and a similar type of growth on the bottomline. I think with a price to book of about 3.5 times FY18, it still remains attractive."
At 15:28 hrs Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company was quoting at Rs 1,112.85, up Rs 21.10, or 1.93 percent.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 1,243.90 and 52-week low Rs 874.95 on 06 October, 2016 and 15 December, 2016, respectively.
