Rajat Bose of rajatkbose.com told CNBC-TV18, "I would say that unless Axis Bank quickly takes out the Rs 500 mark, it would be better to get out of this stock because this stock – among the banking ones – is one of the weakest and it could fall. It is the weakest private bank stocks now compared to Kotak Mahindra Bank appears to be the strongest among the private sector stocks. It is showing extreme trendiness on the upside. So Axis is a sell in my view."
At 14:47 hrs Axis Bank was quoting at Rs 488.15, up Rs 3.65, or 0.75 percent on the BSE.
