      Moneycontrol BureauShares of Navin Fluorine International rose 4.66 percent intraday Monday. The company's subsidiary NFIL UK has acquired balance 49 percent stake in Manchester Organics, UK at pound 6.3 million.The subsidiary had acquired 51 percent stake in Manchester Organics, UK in May 2011. Manchester Organics has engaged in specialised chemical research.The company's board meeting will be held on October 27, 2015, to consider the un-audited financial results of quarter ended September 30, 2015 and declaration of interim dividend for the year 2015-16.At 09:40 hrs Navin Fluorine International was quoting at Rs 1,305.50, up Rs 50.50, or 4.02 percent on the BSE.Posted by Rakesh Patil
