Moneycontrol BureauShare prices of Educomp Solutions surged 13 percent intraday Thursday as subsidiary completed the sale of its land and building.The company's subsidiary Educomp Infrastructure & School Management has completed the sale of its land and building.The company has reported net loss of Rs 91 crore in the quarter ended June 2016 against loss of Rs 89.85 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.The company's FY16 net loss stood at Rs 343 crore.The company has long term borrowings of Rs 1,885 crore.At 10:39 hrs Educomp Solutions was quoting at Rs 13.60, up Rs 1.00, or 7.94 percent on the BSE.Posted by Rakesh Patil
