Ace Investor Ashish Kacholia sold 1.03 lakh shares in Venus Pipes & Tubes at an average price of Rs 1,511.68 a piece on the NSE. The value of the shares sold was Rs 15.57 crore and transalated to a 0.51 percent stake in the company.
Shares of Venus Pipes and Tubes surged 2.57 percent to Rs 1,489.5 in the bourses on January 30.
In Skipper, promoters SK Bansal Unit Trust, SK Bansal Heritage Trust, SK Bansal Family Trust, SK Bansal Legacy Trust collectively sold 20 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.94 percent stake amounting to Rs 8.11 crore. Promoter holding in the company as of December 2023 is 71.89 percent.
Shares of Skipper closed flat at Rs 237.5.
