    Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) share price rose 2 percent in the early trade on July 29 after the company received an order of more than Rs 10,000 crore.

    At 09:28am, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd was quoting at Rs 323.60, up Rs 6.35, or 2.00 percent, on the BSE.

    ".... has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) for setting up the 2x800 MW Koderma Phase-II Thermal Power Station at Koderma district, Jharkhand on EPC basis," company said in its exchange filing.

    The order is for supply of equipment - Boiler, Turbine, Generator and associated auxiliaries along with electrical and C&I, Balance of Plant packages, Erection & Commissioning and Civil Works.

    The order is to be executed in 52 months.
