Mahindra Satyam gets interim relief from SC

Mahindra Satyam touched an intraday high of Rs 92.95 and an intraday low of Rs 89.80. At 13:28 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 91.90, up Rs 1.60, or 1.77%.

Supreme Court gave interim relief to Mah Satyam in tax case. It gave option to move Andhra Pradesh High Court against CBDT, reports CNBC-TV18.

CBDT had claimed Rs 617 cr as tax on fictitious income.
 
It was trading with volumes of 2,381,991 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.11% or Rs 0.10 at Rs 90.30.
