On May 20, 2011 Industrial Development Bank Of India sold 140,616 shares of Ventura Textiles Corporation at Rs 4.80 on the BSE.

However, Rekha Kiran Mehta bought 125,503 shares at Rs 5.06. Yesterday the share closed at Rs 5.26.
