Mitessh Thakkar of miteshthacker.com told CNBC-TV18, "Federal Bank has broken down nicely, could be shorted afresh with a stop loss at Rs 112.50 for target of Rs 100. Kajaria Ceramics is something which we have been negative for the last few days and it continues to decline. My sense is that it is heading towards Rs 585 and at current level, shorting can be done with a stop loss at Rs 640."

"Shriram Transport Finance has broken below key trend line support, so I would recommend a short here as well, keep a stop loss at Rs 960 for target of Rs 900. Axis Bank is a conditional short, we have seen the stock do a range of about Rs 485 to Rs 525 and now it is on the verge of breaking on the downside of that range. So, if it breaks below Rs 484, sell with a stop loss at Rs 495 for target of Rs 465," he said.

"The solitary buy call which I have is on Power Finance Corporation (PFC). I would like to buy around Rs 133, keep a stop loss at Rs 129 and look for targets of around Rs 142,"  he added.
