Lemon Tree Hotels, one of the largest hotel chains in India,
said on October 16 that it has signed a license agreement for a 55-room property in Uttarakhand's Dehradun. This property, operating under the company's brand "Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels," is slated to open by the financial year 2027.

Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels will include 55 furnished rooms, along with a restaurant, bar, banquet hall, meeting rooms, and various other public spaces, the company said.

The management of the property will be overseen by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management entity of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, the company said.

"We would like to inform that the Company has signed a License Agreement for a 55 rooms property in Dehradun, Uttarakhand under the Company’s brand “Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels”. The hotel is expected to be operational by FY 2027. This hotel will feature 55 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, meeting rooms and other public areas. Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary and the hotel management arm of the Company, will be operating this hotel," Lemon Tree Hotels stated in its stock exchange filing.

The Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun is approximately 40 kilometers from the property, and the Dehradun Railway Station is situated just 13 kilometers away, Lemon Tree Hotels stated.

Vikramjit Singh, President, Lemon Tree Hotels, highlighted that in collaboration with their esteemed partner M/s Doon Dwelling LLP, this addition would complement the eight operational and five upcoming hotels and resorts in the state

“We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our portfolio in Dehradun, Uttarakhand with our valued partner M/s Doon Dwelling LLP. This opening will be in addition to our eight existing and five upcoming hotels and resorts in the state and we are looking to expand our footprint in Uttarakhand further. Dehradun is not just a leisure destination but emerging as an important business destination,” Singh said.
