Ashiana Housing Ltd., a publicly listed real estate developer, has launched of “Ashiana Aaroham”, a new kid-centric residential project in Sector 80 in Gurugram, with a total planned investment exceeding Rs 750 crore, the company said.
Ashiana Aaroham is located near NH-48, the Dwarka Expressway, Southern Peripheral Road, and the KMP Expressway, providing connectivity to Delhi and major employment hubs in Gurugram.
Spread across 10.8 acres, Ashiana Aaroham will be a low-density development comprising 542 units across six towers, offering premium 3BHK to 5BHK homes along with duplex options. Phase 1 will introduce 182 units priced between Rs 2.99 crore and Rs 4.19 crore. The land for the project is fully paid up and owned by Ashiana Housing.
According to the company, the project will offer many amenities HEPA-filtered fresh air systems, a Miyawaki plantation, and block plantations. Ashiana said these features are intended to create a nature-focused, child-friendly environment.
A key component of the project is a 6,022 sq. ft. earning hub, which will house art and craft studios, music and dance rooms, a library, and activity spaces.
Varun Gupta, Whole-Time Director, Ashiana Housing Ltd., said the project had been planned to offer kids “a safer and richer childhood” through well-designed learning, sports, and green spaces.
“Our goal was to create a place where children can explore freely, mothers feel supported, and families feel complete. Aaroham reflects how thoughtfully a childhood can be designed,” he said.
Phase 1 of the project is scheduled for completion by July 2030, funded through internal accruals, IFC support, customer advances, and ICICI Pru NCD-backed financing.
The company has presence in eight cities across India and it has constructed and delivered over 23 million square feet of project.
