Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has rented out his apartment in the upscale Juhu neighbourhood in Mumbai for Rs 4.5 lakh per month, according to documents reviewed by Square Yards. Aaryan had bought the apartment measuring 1,912 sq ft at the Siddhi Vinayak Presidency society in Juhu with his mother Mala Tiwari in June 2024 for Rs 17.5 crore.

The leave and license agreement was registered on August 28.

The actor also owns another apartment in the same housing society, which he bought with his parents in July 2023. Square Yards said that Aaryan's rental yield on the newly-rented out property is around 3.1 percent. For the flat rented out, Aaryan and his mother reportedly paid stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore. The flat includes two car parking spaces as well.

Alongside various south Mumbai neighbourhoods and those in the suburbs such as Pali Hill in Bandra, Juhu is one of the most sought-after locations in the city for high-net worth individuals, especially those in the entertainment industry, as well as professionals and business people.

Amitabh Bachchan is one of the most famous residents of the area, owning multiple properties, while in more recent major property purchases, lyricist and poet Javed Akhtar bought a ready-to-move-in apartment in Juhu in July, for nearly Rs 7.8 crore.
