Mach Conferences and Events shares made a strong stock market debut on Wedneday, 11 September after bumper subscription of nearly 200 times to its initial public offering between September 4-6, 2024.
Mach Conferences and Events shares got listed at Rs 300 apiece on the BSE SME, a healthy premium of 33.33 percent against the bid price of Rs 225 per share.
The IPO of Mach Conferences and Events, with an issue size of Rs 125.28 crore, had a bid price of Rs 225 per share, and a lot size of 600 shares. The share allotment was finalised on Monday, September 9.
This SME IPO consisted of a fresh issue of 22.29 lakh shares, raising Rs 50.15 crore, and an offer for sale of 33.39 lakh shares, amounting to Rs 75.13 crore.
Mach Conferences and Events Limited, established in 2004, specialises in services for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and events industry. The company offers a variety of services such as conference and exhibition management, as well as global event planning.
According to its website, the company has organised over 300 large and medium-sized events in the past three years, working with more than 30 elite brands.
