Bulk deals : UTI, Aditya Birla, Nippon buys stakes in Awfis Space Solutions

UTI Mutual Fund bought 4.92 lakh shares in Awfis Space Solutions for an average price of Rs 709.9. Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited bought 9.72 lakh shares, and Nippon India Mutual Fund bought 7.75 lakh shares in the company.

While, Ashoka Whiteoak ICAV - Ashoka Whiteoak India Opportunities Fund bought 9.15 lakh shares, Goldman Sachs Funds - Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio bought 8.57 lakh shares in Awfis Space Solutions.

On the sellers side, promoter group company PEAK XV Partners Investments V sold 52 lakh shares in Awfis Space Solutions for an average price of Rs 709.9. And Bisque Limited sold 30 lakh shares in Awfis Space Solutions for an average price of Rs 709.9.

As of September 30, Bisque Limited had a 14.38 percent stake in the company. While PEAK XV Partners Investments V had a 10.92 percent stake in the company.

Ankush Kedia bought 1.5 lakh shares in C2C Advanced Systems for an average price of Rs 604.0. Mukul Aggarwal bought 1.14 lakh shares in C2C Advanced Systems for an average price of Rs 604.0. Venkata Nagaraju Padala bought 1.14 lakh shares in C2C Advanced Systems for an average price of Rs 604.0.

On the sellers side, Statsol Research LLP sold 2.01 lakh shares in C2C Advanced Systems for an average price of Rs 604.0. And Neo Apex Share Broking Services LLP sold 3.55 lakh shares.

Promoter Akshay Sharad Pitti sold 18 lakh shares in Pitti Engineering.

Block deals 

Peak XV Partners Investments V sold 26.75 lakh shares in two separate transactions, and Bisque Limited sold 31.82 lakh shares at Rs 709.9 per share.

Buyers included Ashoka Whiteoak ICAV - Ashoka Whiteoak India Opportunities Fund (9.15 lakh shares), Union Mutual Fund (4.93 lakh shares), Axis Mutual Fund (5.91 lakh shares), Societe Generale (4.21 lakh shares), Nippon India Mutual Fund (7.75 lakh shares), New York State Teachers Retirement System (0.51 lakh shares), India Acorn Fund Ltd (0.71 lakh shares).

Invesco Mutual Fund (10.85 lakh shares), UTI India Dynamic Equity Fund (1.41 lakh), UTI Mutual Fund (6.20 lakh shares), Whiteoak Capital Mutual Fund (5.63 lakh shares), Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company Limited (9.72 lakh shares), Canara Robeco Mutual Fund(2.86 lakh), Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Private Limited (1.41 lakh shares), Goldman Sachs Funds - Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio (8.57 lakh shares), GS India Equity (0.22 lakh shares), and HSHK Asian Small Caps (2.04 lakh shares). Additionally, Mediolanum Best Brands - Mediolanum India Opportunities acquired 0.63 lakh shares, and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte bought 2.79 lakh shares.

Valor Estate 

Saltoro Alpha LP bought 16.22 lakh shares, while Copthall Mauritius Investment Limited sold an equivalent 16.22 lakh shares at Rs 179.14 per share.
