Bulk deal: Kotak Small Cap Fund picks up 2.08% stake in Medplus Health Services

Franklin Templeton MF Flexi Cap Fund purchased 8.29 lakh shares at a price of Rs 700 per share in the company

Meru Investment exits stakes in Divyadhan Recycling and Subam Papers.

Medplus Health Services Ltd saw buying by several funds. Franklin Templeton MF Flexi Cap Fund purchased 8.29 lakh shares at a price of Rs 700 per share, while Franklin Templeton MF India Smaller Companies Fund bought 7.77 lakh shares at the same price.

Additionally, Invesco India Large & Mid Cap Fund acquired 11.3 lakh shares, whereas Invesco Trustee Pvt Ltd A/C Invesco India Contra Fund bought 9.55 lakh shares at a price of Rs 700 per share. Kotak Small Cap Fund also purchased 24.9 lakh shares at the same price of Rs 700 per share.

Invesco Trustee Pvt Ltd A/C Invesco India Midcap Fund bought 9.8 lakh shares, while PI Opportunities Fund - I sold 68.9 lakh shares and SBI Mutual Fund sold 10 lakh shares, all at Rs 700 each.

Meru Investment Fund PCC- CELL 1 sold 1.04 lakh shares or 0.73 percent of Divyadhan Recycling Industries Ltd at Rs 77.46. The fund also sold 1.30 lakh shares or 0.56 percent of Subam Papers Ltd at Rs 128.43.

Societe Generale was the buyer of Tilaknagar Industries Ltd, Share of 1.8 lakh shares, whereas BOFA Securities Europe SA sold 1.8 lakh shares at Rs 338.65 per share.
