Block Deal: Tata Mutual Fund acquires stake in Motilal Oswal Financial Services

The shares of Motilal Oswal Financial services closed at Rs 930.85 per share today down by 1.33 percent.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services, on November 5, saw a significant transaction, wherein the Motilal Oswal Foundation sold 375,000 shares or a 0.06 percent stake in it at Rs 933.30 per share. Meanwhile, the Tata Mutual Fund bought 375,000 shares at the same price. The shares of Motilal Oswal Financial Services closed at Rs 930.85 per share today down by 1.33 percent.

Manglam Infra & Engineering Ltd saw North Star Opportunities Fund VCC-Bull Value Incorporated VCC Sub-Fund sell 92,000 shares or 0.52 percent at Rs 47.12 each. Manglam Infra & Engineering shares ended the day at 46.65 per share falling by 4.31 percent.
