10-year yield seen between 8.50-8.70%: Ajay Manglunia

Gilts are expected to trade cautiously but downside could be limited, says Ajay Manglunia, Edelweiss.

Ajay Manglunia, Edelweiss said, "Despite lower than expected US payroll data and downward revision in previous readings, the consensus is increasingly building towards Fed tapering this month onwards. Hence, gilts are expected to trade cautiously but downside could be limited. The range for the 10-year yield is seen between 8.50-8.70 percent today."
