Kansai Nerolac shares were trading higher in the early trade on October 25 after the company entered into definitive agreements for conveyance / assignment of lease with Runwal Developers for an aggregate consideration of Rs 726 crore for sale of company’s land parcel at Lower Parel together with building thereon.
At 09:24am, Kansai Nerolac Paints was quoting at Rs 273.00, up Rs 2.05, or 0.76 percent, on the BSE.
The company board had approved a proposal for entering into an agreement for sale with Aethon Developers, subsidiary of Runwal Developers for the sale of the company’s land parcel at Lower Parel.

A meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on November 6, 2024, to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and six months ending 30th September, 2024.
The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 355.00 and a 52-week low of Rs 252.20 on 27 December, 2023 and 04 June, 2024, respectively.
Currently, the stock is trading 23.68 percent below its 52-week high and 7.43 percent above its 52-week low.
