Hero FinCorp, the financial services arm of Hero MotoCorp, has received approval from Sebi to launch its Rs 3,668 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO), according to a recent update from the markets regulator on Wednesday. As outlined in the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), the IPO will consist of a fresh equity issue amounting to Rs 2,100 crore, along with an Offer for Sale (OFS) of Rs 1,568 crore by existing investor shareholders. The entities participating in the OFS include AHVF II Holdings Singapore II Pte. Ltd, Apis Growth II (Hibiscus) Pte. Ltd, Link Investment Trust (represented by Vikas Srivastava), and Otter Ltd.

Dar Credit and Capital shares list at 9% premium to IPO price on NSE Emerge

The shares of Dar Credit and Capital were listed at Rs 65.15 apiece on the NSE Emerge platform on May 28. This implies a premium of 8.58 percent over the SME IPO's price of Rs 60 per share. Notably, the listing premium is lower than the grey market premium of 13% to 16% with which unlisted shares of the company were trading ahead of listing.
